School Union #47 Technology Vision

Technology provides an opportunity for students, staff, and community to work and learn together.

All learners, given a technology-rich environment will be able to utilize electronic tools to access, evaluate, use, and present information. To succeed in a future characterized by rapid technological advancement, all learners will need literacy, critical thinking, research, organizational and communication skills.

Technology provides another means for the school to transcend its physical boundaries. Its use encourages the community to become more involved with the life of the school. It increases the potential of the school to become the center of learning for the community.
